1. Shipping Destination
We currently ship orders to addresses within the United States and Canada.
Orders can be shipped to any address in the contiguous United States, excluding PO Boxes. Some products may have shipping restrictions, which will be displayed on the product information page.
Our products are manufactured in partner factories and shipped through reliable international logistics partners to ensure safe delivery.

- Processing Time: Approximately 5-7 business days.
- Transit Time: Approximately 4-6 weeks.
- Customized Products: Customized wire lengths, colors, or product types require an additional 3 business days for processing.
- During peak seasons and holidays, processing times may be slightly extended.
Hardware Products Shipping Time

- Processing Time: Approximately 1-5 business days.
- Transit Time: Approximately 10-15 business days.
- Classic cabinet pulls usually require 1-3 business days for processing and shipment.

6. Shipping Delays
While we make every effort to deliver your order within the estimated timeframe, unexpected situations such as extreme weather, customs inspections, holidays, or carrier delays may affect delivery times.
We or our delivery partners will notify you of reasonable changes to the estimated delivery date when events beyond our control delay or prevent delivery.
If we are unable to deliver your order within 120 days, we will:

- Cancel your order if necessary.

7. Shipping Address

Homdiy is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or additional shipping costs caused by incorrect addresses provided by customers.
If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. Additional costs charged by the carrier for address changes or redelivery will be the customer's responsibility.
8. Lost, Damaged, or Misdelivered Packages
If your package arrives damaged or your lighting product is damaged during shipping, please contact us with photos or videos of the issue. We will review the case and provide a suitable solution.
If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier within 7 days to request a delivery investigation.
If the package is confirmed lost during transportation, we will provide assistance with replacement or resolution.
Packages returned due to incorrect delivery information may require additional shipping fees for reshipment.
